Le Petit Tréportais · the flat

32 m², step-free,
right in the centre.

A simple, well-thought-out one-bedroom flat on the ground floor of the building, overlooking the harbour. You come in through the courtyard without climbing a single step, and everything is on foot. The location, access and the history of the place are set out on the building's page.

The accommodation

What you'll find.

  • 10 m² bedroom with a double bed, at the back, quiet
  • 17 m² living room-kitchen with a sofa bed — designed for 2 guests, up to 4 with the sofa unfolded
  • Fitted kitchen — hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker
  • 4 m² shower room with shower and WC
  • TV and Wi-Fi included
  • Remote-controlled heating — we warm the flat up before you arrive
  • Bed linen and towels not provided — please bring sheets and pillowcases (beds are not made on arrival)
  • Cot and high chair available on request

The pluses

Why this ground floor is an asset.

  • No stairs — direct access from the courtyard: suitcases, pushchairs, reduced mobility or tired knees, everyone comes in effortlessly
  • Quiet bedroom — it faces the back; the living room faces the street, which is quiet by Le Tréport standards
  • Pets welcome — your dog enjoys the beach too (allowed outside the supervised zone), and the building's courtyard is handy for walks
  • Heated for your arrival — remote-controlled heating

Ideal for a couple for a weekend, a small family, or a longer, quiet off-season stay.

Your assistant, 24/7

You'll never be on your own.

Throughout your stay, Fernand, our virtual assistant, answers all your questions in real time — about the flat as well as about Le Tréport. He knows the flat, the town, today's tide and the good addresses of the moment.

  • "How do the heating and the Wi-Fi work?"
  • "Where can we have dinner tonight, even on a Monday?"
  • "It's raining — what can we do with the children?"
  • "Tomorrow's tide, a good fishing spot?"

And if you'd rather have a real human contact, the hosts are reachable at any time — you're never left to fend for yourselves.
