before you come.

Check-in is self-service, from 4 pm, whenever suits you: the flat has a smart lock (with a key box as backup). You receive your code before your stay — no appointment to arrange, even if you arrive late on a Friday evening. We aren't on site but remain reachable throughout your stay.

Check-out is before 11 am, self-service as well. The flat must be returned clean; if you prefer, an end-of-stay cleaning option is available for €40 (to be requested when booking).

No — please bring sheets (double bed), pillowcases and towels. Beds are not made on arrival. On the other hand, we switch the heating on remotely before you come: the flat will be warm and waiting.

Yes, small pets are welcome, at no extra charge. The building's courtyard offers a handy little green space for walks, and the beach welcomes them outside the supervised swimming zone.

Yes — a cot and a high chair are available on simple request when booking. And the step-free layout makes life easier with a pushchair.

No, the flat is strictly non-smoking.

Parking is free on the street and in the adjacent streets. At peak season a space may take a short drive around the block — but once parked, everything is done on foot.

By car: about 2h30–3h from Paris (A16 then D1015, or A28/A29), 1h from Rouen or Amiens. By train: Le Tréport-Mers station is a 10-minute walk from the flat (connection from Paris via Abancourt or Amiens, ~3h). From England: Newhaven–Dieppe ferry then a 30-minute drive.
